Clients are welcome to provide us, MYVOIP's call center with any questions or concerns regarding your privacy and data security or request for correction or deletion as appropriate.
THE INFORMATION MYVOIP COLLECTS ABOUT YOU
MYVOIP only collects from our clients personal information that is necessary. By providing you with efficient and comprehensive information, we can process your request and provide you with the services you need. This will also help us improve your site visit, respond to information requests, support our customer relationship, and help you with technical support issues and follow-up after your visit.
Whether MYVOIP is able to access your personal information from you: whether you register from time to time on any domain name(s) and/or website(s) registered with or on behalf of the company.

Only other MYVOIP entities, agents or contractors performing MYVOIP services such as Webmeet Malaysia or ITG TEL Sdn Bhd. If so, MYVOIP will seek to ensure that the information is used only in connection with the functions these parties will perform for MYVOIP and that all such information is treated confidentially and discreetly.
MYVOIP will disclose your personal information only to the extent required or authorized by applicable law, or if ordered and required to do so by court or governmental authorities in each jurisdiction as appropriate, or to ensure that we comply with our legal obligations.
MYVOIP will not disclose your personal information for use in marketing to any outsiders or other organizations. CLIENT’S RIGHTS
Upon request and within 30 days, we will inform you of the type of personal information we hold about you, the purposes and reasons for which we hold it, and the potential recipients or recipient types. Upon written request and within a reasonable period of time, we will also correct, delete and/or block personal information from further processing where such information is in fact inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant to the purpose(s) of the process.

TERMINATION
MYVOIP may terminate or suspend your rights under this Agreement immediately and without notice if your company is found with any MYVOIP account owner-related police case and/or if the account owner is blacklisted as a company.
